generating my own dumps

now if i understand correctly a dump is a bunch of zeros and 11111111's so instead of paying 40-100 per dump can i purchase cvv and generate my own dump and encode the plastic

first of all theres something i dont understand, i pulled this from another thread it said

example dump

B41111111111111111111^LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME^060910100 000000000000000000
41111111111111111111=0609101000000000000000

B4111111111111111=060910100000000000000

now my thing is that if i have a cc info like this

45367756475889688 01/13 546 first name/last name

and i wanna generate my own dump how exactly will the info work if its all 1111's and 0000's shouldnt it be cc# =06131010000000etc
or should it just be b4111=061310100etc

and i know most of the time they will only work correctly with a certain type of bin.. so how do i know what bin.. and sint the bin the "b4111111"???

i never atually purchased any dupms b4 so i dont reallY
know much about bins i just know i need to get the bins for my area, so how exactly can i do that if i generate my own, and what are the success rates

if i am from virginia can i generate a dump from texas cvv and use it and would the bin be "b411111"etc? how does that work??

someone give me an example of how i would generate the dump from the cc info i gave and explain the bins thanks

what do you mean with no tracks swiped at all?? im not new to this game im just new to making these myself i used to just get them made for me

ok sorry , neways you cannot encoded a card from ccv and cc numbers , you need the tracks data ,you cannot generate it , the best thing you can do it , just print the numbers on the card go to the store and tell them the card is desactivated so they will type manually ,
