Plastic cards are very tightly entered into the everyday life of an ordinary person. Even in a small town, you still need to look for a person who does not have a discount, a bank card or a pass. A modern and high-tech product allows you to increase sales or save you from carrying cash. It all depends on the type and purpose of the card. The main material is plastic with a special composition, 0.3 mm thick.

To create a full-fledged plastic card, you need to perform several stages. Namely:

The minimum set consists of a barcode, embossed symbols and a logo. After the completion of all operations, the finished plastic cards are packed for shipment to the customer.
Plastic card production process
To create a full-fledged plastic card, you need to perform several stages. Namely:
- Preparatory. It consists in creating a layout that must fully correspond to the future original. For development, special software products of a professional level are used. The quality of the drawing and compliance with the wishes of the customer also largely depends on the specialist.
- Seal. Depending on the type and number of plastic cards, digital, sublimated or offset printing can be used. Special paints are applied in several layers, each of which is dried at a certain temperature in the chamber.
- Applying a protective coating. At the request of the customer, the plastic product can be varnished or laminated. Cards with a protective laminated coating have a high level of wear resistance. This method allows you to "hide" a magnetic tape, microchip or antenna. The process consists of pressing the finished card between two layers of special plastic in a laminator.
- Cutting down. Automatic card cutters are used to accurately cut cards to size.
- Personalization. This is the final stage of production. On practically finished products, personal data is applied by coding, embossing, as well as other variable information with or without a protective layer.
