bought 8 pcs. of usa visa , 5 usa amex. all decline. only 1 amex approval for 80$. I'm trying to get replace but he is not replying me. he is online. I added him from another icq , he replied instant there.

Once upon a time he was a great vendor. He made a miscalculation and received to0 many dumps that he could not sell like 500k usd worth. As a result he could not possibly throw away so many dumps so he has to pack the stale dumps in false fresh bases he sells and sell the stale dumps to customers. Carders be ware and strap on your running shoes and put oil on ur close like wrestler so lp wont snatch u and throw u in the bag then eventually throw u in a cell with a 8 foot 550 pound bi man who wants to make u lisa.
