i was about to place a 100 pcs order for 3k in amex tomorrow.. but to check quality i bought 10 pcs today... 1st asked some bins.. he sent me different, told him and he sent 4 dumps from the asked bins.. so i received 14 pcs... tried 10.. and all got "GENERAL REJECTED" msg on POS.. i sent him msg on icq. but he's offline, i hope he tell me about.. ill post any news (READ POST BELOW).. he has a nice friendly service but i'm confused about the stuff.. i havent checked the 4 remaining.. the bins i asked are working perfectly here where i am.. so what could be the problem?

Talked to Bishop yesterday after i posted. he provided me a screenshot were 8 appeared approved.. and 2 declined. I'm confussed.. one of the bins i asked and which he delivered is working fine here,... in fact yesterday 3 dumps same bin from another provider were used and went ok. i'm confused about the "general rejected" message.. coz if decline or insufficient funds.. or CFA.. well that is normal.. but "general rejected" not used to get that message... i will use 2 of them today in panama and 2 in usa to see how they go... i'm not saying he ripped me, just sharing my experience... so far i can say he has a really nice and friendly service... and i will have a 2nd chance with him to buy.

If anyone knows the reason for that message "general rejected" would share info about? it's not region lock.. coz as i said.. same bin has been used and ok.. and yesterday used and also went ok...

don't try to destroy his name. he is best seller . I've also bought 4 times , 100 usa sign mix. every time approval rate is more then 80%. I'll advice people , don't trust abt the people who is saying bad abt his stuff.
try this vendor & u'll never be in lose. he always has first hand , good valid stuff.

Bought 10 canada...8 were valid ..replaced me the 2 declined ones. Than i ordered 70 and so far i used 40 of them and im hitting 90% approval .
