julianni this is not ture. Bishop is good vendor. He has first hand fresh base always. It never happen that all decline. may be out of 6 , 1-2 decline. which he always replace instant. I've bought 3 times from him. Average valididty is 90%. once I askd him for 2 replacements , he did it instant.
All the most , he is best vendore now a days.
Keep up Bishop. Don't care abt babes.
