[free] Check available card/dump balance - does'nt kill

Got this from a friend - connects to an API merchant, similar to authorize.net, and displays available credit balance. There is no pre auth system in place here, it will never kill cards as it doesn't charge a cent

Multithreaded to support 20 cards at once - checks about 130 per minute. Can export results in parsed format with balance and bin info.

1. There are no such soft especially for FREE.
2. If someone wanted to infect you with trojan, or a stealer - NONE AV would detect if used with FUD100% crypter.
3. EVEN if its not FUD100%, but binded with a file with over 50mb, you cant upload it for a test to online virus scanners.
4. Everyones best friend should be "SANDBOX" software. Dont know what it is? Google.
4.1. Altgough you can create a trojan or anything like that that wouldnt just work on Sandbox, but works once used without it, youll allways be safe using it on sandbox. (I always open ALL files on sandbox).
