What should we do with advertising?

Forbid any CC and dumps unverified selling and let free adv in one section only.

So we've noticed that most of free advs are from rippers or potential rippers and many people have no enough mind to avoid ripping.

We decided to offer your advertising restricrions - all free adv. would be post in only one section for non-verified offers. Also I offer don't let CC and dumps selling at all without verification.

So what do you all think?
