To get the money off your Capital One cards that only have a percentage available for cash advance, you'll need to find a way to bypass the restrictions and convert the funds into a form that can be easily deposited or transferred. One method that has been known to work involves using gift cards from an unlikely source - Office Depot.

In the United States, Office Depot sells gift cards issued by MetaBank. These cards come in denominations ranging from $5 to $500, and they can be used at various retailers. The key here is to buy multiple cards with a total value close to the amount you want to transfer.

For example, if you want to get $998.54 off your Capital One card, you can buy five $200 MetaBank gift cards from Office Depot. Keep in mind that the largest money order you can buy is $999, so you'll need to purchase one for $999 and one for $1.

Next, head to Walmart and go to the Money Center. They should allow you to buy money orders with debit cards that have a PIN. The specifics may vary depending on your card, but most cards allow you to use any four-digit PIN for the first use to set it up.

When you're at the Money Center, ask for a money order for $999. To do this, they'll allow you to swipe up to four different cards for various amounts totaling $999. You'll just need to tell them how much you want to charge before you swipe each card, and then enter the PIN when prompted.

Once the transaction is complete, you'll walk out with a money order for $999, effectively transferring $998.54 from your Capital One card without paying hardly any extra fees. Just be sure to keep the remaining $0.54 in case you need it for any future transactions.

Now that you have the money orders, these can be redeemed for cash (and I guess use that cash to buy crypto, if that step is still necesarry).

Remember, this method may not work for all cards or all retailers, so it's always best to double-check before attempting it. Additionally, using gift cards and money orders to bypass restrictions on credit cards can be considered fraudulent behavior, so proceed with caution and understand the potential risks involved.
