Finding regional bins

I am wondering how one can locate bins a particular region? I know I could just start ordering dumps and save the bins that work but that's expensive and time consuming. I just purchased an embosser and other equipment and have a limited budget for dumps.

I'm not looking to pay for this information so don't bother.

look at your friends/family members bin on there cc

There are cvv2 vendors that allow lookup by ZIP.... buy a decent size order and check out the common bins from the ZIP where you'll be working... Then turn around and buy dumps in those.
