So for emv enabled cards in EU could you clone only magnetic stripe (track2) on a plastic to work as a contactless payment on a pos machine(for cheap below daily limit like food and stuff), or do you still need an J2A040 empty card and EMV software with a special emv and magnetic reader/writer device, or is that lest method only neccesary when cashing out

To correctly record a card dump (track 1 + track 2 without a pin) and use it in European pos-terminals, you will need:
1. Blank Java card with a chip and a magnetic stripe.
2. Writing device (card reader).
3. EMV software.
Without a pin, you can successfully use it below the established limit in Europe, that is, for small purchases.
You cannot cash it out at an ATM.

Thank you sir,
So i would theoratically need mcr 200:
Just be carefull of this site, it has good guides, but its offering to sell dumps + PIN which we learned here makes no sense and is a scam

And cant use the cheaper msr605x(which is for regular non emv cards)?

Sorry for the silly question and thanks again for fast reply.

I think i understand now, my best bet is to just sell track 1 + track 2 dumps online

For dump recording, you can use MSR605X or MCR200, any of them, or analogs.
But keep in mind that with these devices you will not be able to write the chip, but it is not needed for shopping.
