Due to nature of PayPal instant PP -> WMZ transfer is not available anywhere.
But you can look for exchangers on forums like EMF (exchangemoneyforum.com) & hackforums.net, they usually take up to 5 days depending on your reputation and stuff to process the exchange, to avoid chargeback + verify that the PP $ is yours.
