We will introduce ourselves as the administrator of the Odessa hotel. We choose any name (preferably a respectable one, so that there is gullibility). We write to different mails, forums and others that you can rent a hotel 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed room. Set it up so that everything is like in a fairy tale. Say that the address is such and such, the street is such and such and everything is included. After that, there are two outcomes:
1. You say that buses do not go there from Odessa and a private bus #13 will go for you, and say that for everything to be fair we need an advance payment of 20-30% and after that we sent a ticket for the bus to the mail.
2. We say that you can cheat and not pay for the room and therefore you need to make an advance payment of 20% of the amount (the less the better, because there will be a lot of people and there will be more money).
After we have taken the advance payment, we send you the real data and make a ticket in Photoshop, and send it to them by mail, and say that you will show it to me upon entry to the hotel.
