What immediately needs to be foreseen
  • your full name (from a scan);
  • The driver's full name (it is necessary to know the "driver" himself, so as not to invent it later) - also from the scan;
  • the name of your company (it is better to come up with a name like "AgroTech", "AgroLeasing"), or use the existing name of the company, which is really located in the city from which you will call;
  • type of activity of the company;
  • city / settlement / urban settlement, where our company is located (IMPORTANT! The place where you will be located should be 20-30 km. from the big city);
  • district, street and house / warehouse / office number;
  • fictitious name of your alleged boss;
  • where and where our driver is going from;
  • number, brand, color of the body and trailer of our truck (if the client suddenly asks);
  • email address from which your copies of passports will be sent, card number;
  • email signature. Everything should look official.

Usually, large batches of used bags are sold by large confectionery factories, i.e. all those enterprises where flour, sugar, cereals are used in production. And the price at such enterprises, for used containers, is not less than $ 1. But we remember that we have new bags stored in our warehouse, not used ones. Also, along the way, clarify in which city the client is located, since this information will later come in handy when talking between your client and our "ride-hailing driver".

There will be a question about the cost of the bags. We say $ 1 (optimal). Then there will be a conversation about payment. It all depends on you, you can say that the payment is all at once, to which the client probably will not agree. You can say 50/50. This is more likely. Or you can say that "if only it is faster", taking from it only 20%. If the client agrees, then you must turn the conversation into a delivery channel. Tell them that the best option would be to deliver the bags by passing cargo. And you just need to insist on this option, tk. our man will also be the driver of the passing truck. Invite the client to look for the accompanying cargo himself, just tell him that you will look for a car. At this point, the first stage of the conversation should end. And literally in 20 minutes you should call back and say that you found one car and give the number of the driver who is supposedly unfamiliar to us, i.e. our man and ask him (the driver) to call back. This is where our partner connects. The buyer calls our driver back.

IMPORTANT! At the very beginning of the conversation, our "driver" must himself say where he is going from and where. It is important that he travels from a big city and the "enterprise" where he will be loaded with sacks is located nearby, 20-30 kilometers from the city. And the end point of our driver's trip should be the city further, the city or village where our client is located, i.e. places of unloading of non-existent bags.

Stage number 2

Let's call. We ask thoroughly where / where / what we are taking / how many cubes it will take / how many tons, we find out as much information as possible. Naturally, the question will be asked about the cost of such a trip. Here our driver can say that he will only take for diesel fuel, about $ 500 (which will certainly please our buyer), depending on the distance of the trip (this amount is suitable for a distance of 3-4 thousand kilometers from you to the buyer). And our driver must immediately set a condition that he needs the money right away. Our client will ask if our driver has a card. There are two options for the development of events. Either the driver says that there is a card, give him the number and he lists, or you say that there is no card, and our driver offers to pay these $ 500 to the sender of the bags, i.e. you.

Also, our buyer will ask when you have a shipment. If you called the buyer in the morning, at 10 o'clock, then our driver must say that he leaves at 16.00. This will give our buyer time to get ready. If he asks when he will have the next flight, we will speak in a week and a half. This will push you to buy bags today, i.e. we must create all conditions for our buyer to urgently buy bags as soon as possible. This is where our conversation should end.

Stage 3

Let's call. We ask what the driver said (we don't know, right?). Our client will say that the driver's condition is to pay in cash immediately. But we are not greedy, and we say that we will make a discount or include the cost of delivery in the prepayment for the bags. The client is clearly going to love it. We love him).

Next, we will need to agree on payment. Ask the client to send a copy of his passport so that you can write a receipt. Dictate your email. Say that now send your copy of your passport and a receipt (I attach an example of a receipt in the archive). We say that our girls (managers / secretaries) will send everything soon. We also send him the number of our bank card (or, if you are using a ready-made company, then the invoice).

IMPORTANT! Observe the correct time intervals. If you said that you will call the driver and load him at 13.00, then we will call the client back at 15.00. We must not arouse the slightest suspicion. If you say that you will now send your client copies of passports, a receipt and information about the card by email, then the information should be in the box in 10 minutes.

We call back. We say that the car was loaded, everything was sent to the email. We do not intrusively say that as soon as the money comes, we release the driver and go to you. We inform the state. the number of the alleged truck. If the money came, then you already know what to do next.

Briefly, the whole process can be described as follows:
