Dump Cashout in Turkey ?

Hey Guys

anybody know if cashout Dump + Pin works in turkey...special in big citys istanbul or izmir i mean...or they work like EU only with EMV Chip ??

if they are 101.. will work.. but if are 201 .. is the same.. that rest europe.. .

In Turkey they use EMV
you can cashout 101 maybe 201 in old village or something.
