My main goal is to use a clone card at an atm but do I need to buy a dump with track 1 or can I buy a dump with track2+pin+201 and that will work?

It is advisable to buy 201 dumps as a set - track 1+track 2+pin code.
If you buy a dump - track 2 + pin code, then you will have to generate track 1. This is not difficult to do; there are step-by-step guides on the forum on how to do it correctly.
