What you will need is a Discover Dump.
At certain stores you can get Cash Over when doing a purchase. This amount is limited at $120 daily, but each store has it's own Cash Over Limit.

Cash over is the option to get cash back without using your pin. For example purposes, we take our discover card and buy a bag of chips. On swipe of our card at a participating store which I will list, we will get the opportunity to get up to $120 in cash back.
This can be done via self checkout lanes and you never have to talk to a human.
