Disappointment

I wonder why so many people never answer in pv, how does it work, is there an unwritten rule? yesterday I posted 6 questions to various relevant people in this forum, asking for advice, at least I expected an answer like "I don't know" or "I can't help you". But I find it downright disappointing not to answer when you have a very good impression on certain people and then they don't deign to answer. I guess this catches a lot of new people, but how long does it take to write a small answer? 10 seconds? I do not add anything else
