Diebold problem with security in USA

Hello,who can give an advice,with situation with Diebold.......
All diebold ATMS go in offline when install it.....
Who know states where not this problem....
Or maybe smbdy can give an advice why it go off...

Where are ir sensors, that triggered on foreign bodies near cardreader.

not infrared but radio. like car parking sensor.
