Is changing your device fingerprint necessary if you use an antidetect?

If you are working from an anti-detect browser, then theoretically there is no need to change the HWID of the device.
But there is an opinion that strong anti-fraud systems penetrate the anti-detect browser and get the full fingerprint of the system you are working with, so sometimes you need to change the HWID.
