On the shadow forum, personal data of noomeera users is put up for sale[.]com-a social network for road users. According to the seller, the database contains 2,037,529 records.

Currently, Noomera is used by about 10.6 million motorists, their friends, relatives and acquaintances (according to the counter on the site's start page). Another major leak was reported this morning by the telegram channel "Information Leaks".

Merged records contain the following information:
  • name,
  • telephone,
  • email address,
  • date of birth,
  • gender, username,
  • city and country,
  • Device type (iOS or Android),
  • link to the avatar,
  • date of registration.
These personal data have not yet been verified, and the database is not up-to-date in the @dataleak message.

According to InfoWatch statistics, in the first half of 2023, the volume of merged personal data in Russia increased by more than 72% - up to 705 million records. Last week, it became known about another leak — from the USC insurer; attackers managed to get to the company's customer base, which contains hashed passwords, phone numbers, email addresses, identity card and policy data, as well as car license plates and VIN codes.
