Technical problems led to unexpected consequences.

Georgia authorities have announced a manhunt for 30-year-old Zion Rivera Shaq, a murder suspect who was mistakenly released by Clayton County authorities last week.

Last week, Shaka was transferred from the Fulton County Jail to the Clayton County Sheriff's Office to attend a scheduled court hearing. According to the instructions, after the meeting, he was supposed to be returned to the Fulton County Jail, but after the hearing, he was mistakenly released, according to WSB.

According to ABC News, Shaka has been in the Fulton County Jail since 2020, but details of his case have not yet been disclosed.

It is reported that sheriff's deputies are actively searching for the location of Shaq.

This week, Fulton County officials reported that court and other systems in Georgia's most populous county were hacked over the weekend, interrupting the normal operation of systems.

Fulton County, which includes most of Atlanta, is experiencing a "massive system outage" due to a "cybersecurity incident," County Commission chairman Robb Pitts said Monday in a video posted on social media. He noted that the failure affected the telephone, judicial and tax systems of the district.
