Creating a skimmer

How do you start with creating a skimmer. I read the old tutorial from shadow crew, but it's a bit outdated and doesnt obtain much info. So how do you make one?

First of all get the schematics of skimmer (if don't have pm me or add on icq and i'll give you) and then get the necessary parts / chips with card reader + mold and throw it to an electric nerd with the schematics and also throw some cash and wait for him to do the job?

Thats what i am doing right now and its 50% complete :d
