Could any one help about decrypt dumps out from a POS ?

Hi, after i read some thread out there,
I don't know if my thought is possible or not,
well, that's why i post this thread for...
I can get the access to a few pos machine,
and they all come from the different banks,
and has been working for different period of time,
I am just thinking if it's possible to decrypt track2 from the machine.
If there is a chance for that to happened,
How much would that cost, Does it work in a % way or I pay LR once off?
