Title says it all, is there any way to check CC balance? Some time ago, there was a shop, when You bought something it said, Your order has bin confirmed for let's say 700? are You sure that You want to proceed. So, in this case it was able to check balance, but now it's closed so, I'm in need of another method.

You can check the card balance by calling the issuing bank from the cardholder’s phone number (using the number substitution method). Follow the instructions of the telephone robot and find out your balance. You can find the phone number on the bank's official website.
If you don’t want to call yourself, then you can do it at proven call services for $5-10.
The issuing bank can be identified for free by the bin (the first 6 digits of the card).
You can also find out the card balance by doing Enroll or Reroll - an online account at the issuing bank.
To do this, in addition to the card data, you need to find out the DOB and SSN of the cardholder. Lookup services can do this for $5-10.
