Бот отрисовки - это технически сложное устройство, в связи с этим возможны поломки, которые не всегда можно устранить.
Средства внесенные на баланс бота не возвращаются, в том числе и при форс мажорных ситуациях, рекомендуем своевременно использовать токены для отрисовки и не хранить средства в боте.

По поводу нагрузки.
Бот обрабатывает каждый заказ по очереди. Если ваш док делался условно 30 секунд, а заказов будет 50 (одновременных), что наврядли, то время ожидания составит 25 минут. Если такое случится, то мы без проблем установим 2-3 потока. И тогда бот сможет с легкостью одновременно отрабатывать по 2-3 документа.
Пришлось специально для вас записать видео. Чтобы видео не длилось долго, копировались параметры из примера указанные в боте. Основной параметр из-за которого возник ваш отзыв я специально не копировал, а вводил руками. Поверьте, мы только недавно создали бота и нам нет никакого смысла из-за такой мелочи обманывать вас. Мы раздаем баланс бесплатно и мы только ЗА, чтобы пользователи указывали нам на баги бота, т.к мы хотим устранить все недочеты до того, как бот станет платным.

- Оптимизировали бота за счет чего, создание, получение, а так же сам вес файла стал гораздо меньше
- Ввели новый алгоритм внедрения и очистки метаданных:
- Очистка Exif
- Очистка XMP данных, в том числе байтовых смещений оставляемых ФШ, теперь не один анализ метаданных не в состоянии определить, было ли программное вмешательство.
- Обход шумоанализатора/ELA-анализатора за счет 10 кратного прохода алгоритмом обхода с различными параметрами модуля по изображению.

About the load.
