Introduction
Each of us dreamed of endless money, but what if I say that such offers are really possible and exist? In any case, in words, there are a lot of offers on the Internet to sell bank cards with a balance, and it seems like a very cool idea, perhaps even to use it on a permanent basis to have cash flow and earn money for a living. Or... No. In this topic, I will tell you about cards with a balance - myth or reality? Where to find sellers and do they exist, and what is the deception?

What are cards with a balance?
Cards with a balance, or dumps. These are bank cards that look like regular ones, but have one feature - they already have money on them. A person with minimal logic will immediately ask the question, "Why sell cards with a balance? Who benefits from this?"

The rhetoric of scammers, how to use cards?
We will talk about this a little further. The essence of the scheme is quite simple. Fraudsters assure that these funds on the card can be used for cashing out or transferring. There are also frequent cases when sellers offer to work as a drop, like:
"We'll send you a card now, there will be money in it, you can go to an ATM and cash it out, taking a small percentage for yourself."

If you don't know who drops are, go to the topic: "Drops: How long do they live and how do scammers recruit them?", everything is explained there in more detail. Let's get down to business. In fact, everything is much more complicated than just withdrawing money from a card.

Where does the money on such cards come from?
It is worth asking the question, where can there be real money on the card? I will answer the question. In most situations, this money:
1. Stolen from other accounts. Fraudsters hack banking systems or steal data, subsequently using it, or simply reselling it on the black market.
2. The money was obtained illegally. For example, through phishing or using those same forged documents, drugs and all that kind of thing. In general, absolute black stuff.
3. Used for money laundering. They want to confuse the tax authorities, and you will be the perfect intermediary. And trivially, the last, fourth. There is simply no money on the card, and they are trying to fool you into prepaying for an empty blank.

But let's continue in order. This is very helpful in promoting and destroying scam schemes. It may really seem to you that the scheme is very simple and there can be no catch here. But in fact, in such moments you need to be as alert as possible, because the motto of this topic is "If you do not know who the mammoth is in the scheme, then the mammoth is most likely you."

How does the scheme work and what is the deception?
Now let's talk about how it works and what is the scam? On forums or specialized sites in Telegram, people write about working on cashing out. By the way, if the topic is interesting, write in the comments, we will analyze it in the following topics. So, they write about working on cashing out or just want to sell a card with a balance, most often the dialogue looks like this:
Hi, are you selling cards with a balance? Where did the money on these cards come from? Are they stolen? And how can I make sure that there is money there at all?

Then, as a rule, there are two possible answers, to a person with no experience and to a person with at least some minimal experience. A person with absolutely no experience is told something like this:
Yes, the money is not stolen, it was just earned from the crypto-theme, and a huge cutlet flew in there, and now we are thinking about how to bring this money into fiat, that is, just into cash.

And a person with at least some experience is sold the following:
Yes, the money is dirty, that's why we sell it for half the face value, you must understand all the risks.

And here comes the climax. It seems that there is nothing strange, the guys are so kind, they want to launder money or get rid of dirty currency, who hasn't happened to, right? Yes, this whole theater that was played out in front of you has nothing to do with reality in most cases. The essence of the scammers' earnings comes down to the subsequent luring of prepayment for cards that will be sent to you by mail or put in a treasure in any city of your choice.

Yes, such a service also exists, and sometimes they also take money for it. And a good question, have you ever thought about how these card barons can have drops in all absolute cities? That is, fictitious people who can put any stash with a card that already has a balance, but there are no people who can withdraw money from it. It even sounds funny.

I would add to the implausibility of this scheme the fact that no one will sell money for money, and even more so will bother so much to create conditions for you to earn money, as convenient. It's just cool! Alas, the world does not work that way.

A type of scam scheme on cards with a balance
Another popular way of scamming on all the same cards with balances or something similar is to involve so-called guarantors in the transaction.

Note: The guarantor is a third party most often not interested in the transaction. The guarantor must have a reputation on some forum and, importantly, such a reputation that can be easily verified.

The scheme is still the same, aimed at your hard-earned money, only they try to convince you in every possible way that you can trust the guarantor and leave money as a deposit for the cards without any thought. It sounds logical, you give a 50% deposit for a card that already has money on it, and after the card reaches you and you use it, the guarantor transfers the money to the second party with whom you work and from whom you buy those same cards.

What is the income, what is the point of all this? But the guarantor is not a third or even a very interested party in the transaction, because he gets a trivial percentage from it and you got to a team that works together by prior agreement. There are even cases, and they are not uncommon, that the guarantor is the person who writes to you and communicates with you simply from two agents.

That's all, be sure to read to the end, because we will figure out why even an innocent agreement to such a part-time job can cost you not only money but also freedom. And don't forget to like if you want to know more about how to protect yourself from scammers.

The danger of this scheme for you!
Let's still imagine that the scheme really works and someone needs to sell money for money.
1. You are offered a card with promises that you will receive interest for using it and you just need to withdraw money from an ATM, which is actually nonsense.
2. You start making transfers or withdrawing money.
3. The final. When the scheme is revealed, and believe me, it will be revealed in 10 out of 10 cases, all responsibility falls on you, and the scammers disappear. The basic outcome of the criminal world. Do you think this is not about you? You will be surprised how many people fall for this bait. Let's figure out who and where most often engages in this type of fraud.

Who and where is engaged in this type of scam?
As I mentioned at the beginning, such services are offered in thematic chats on message boards, or they just write to you in private messages.

Do such services really exist?
The forum team strongly recommends - no, even encourages to avoid such places like the plague, but still we will answer the question of whether such services actually exist, that is, cards with a balance and all the like.

Services of this nature do exist, but finding them is so difficult that, perhaps, finding a unicorn in the desert will not be a particularly difficult task. Significant differences from banal scammers who have no proof, evidence, etc., will be a topic on the forum and an open reputation, where reviews from users are visible in black and white, and not just banal links to messages from unknown individuals. Most often, those who really work, work on white plastic, the so-called dump.

Note: Dump is a white blank on which data stolen from another person was recorded. This topic can rather be called carding, and not just cards with a balance.

But yes, such services do exist and are used. What kind of responsibility can there be? Any actions will sooner or later come to retribution.

Your responsibility for participating in the scheme
In the direction discussed earlier, no changes are expected. That is, in cards with a balance, this responsibility exists. The least you can get is money and your time. After all, as I mentioned earlier, there are a lot of scammers here, whose goal is your money and nothing more.

After you are deceived, you will simply go to the black list, and that's where the whole circus ends. The circus leaves, and nothing happens. The second and more serious outcome applies to working on white plastic. You can really work, and work very successfully, cashing out funds. But the stumbling block for you will be the surveillance technology in all modern cities. Our streets are so dotted with cameras that you can be taken literally to your residential address.

Or do you think it's impossible? And, perhaps, that mask you had high hopes for will, alas, not save you in this case. I assure you that the money you withdrew from the ATM will be de facto stolen, and stolen by you, and what will happen next? The first thing the injured party will do in this transaction will be to Vasya in uniform, and Vasya in uniform, as everyone knows, doesn't really like to sort things out, and he certainly won't
do it with you, and he doesn't care at all that you didn't steal the card, but just bought it from Mister Incognito on a shadow site. You and your ass will be the one who gets caught.

Real-life examples and who is at risk from this scheme!
I can tell you a lot of real-life examples, since I am the owner and administrator of a network of chats on shadow topics. So, this is a sore subject for me, since my resources are full of such devils, and believe me, I know what I'm talking about.

I receive complaints 2-3 times a week that a person was scammed and screwed. And in nine out of ten cases, the ones who get scammed are the ones who just joined Telegram and are simply looking for a part-time job or some quick topic to earn money for lunch, but in return they get a scam for their entire salary and, on top of that, they are dragged into debt, because situations of further money extraction are not uncommon.

But go and take out a loan for 10, 15 thousand, 5 thousand, and then you will definitely and definitely make a profit. After all, these are the last expenses needed for profit. And, of course, if you don't understand who the mammoth is in the scheme, then you are most likely the mammoth.
