Carding with Paypal

I'm from USA, and I need advice.

I'm trying to purchase goods, where I can either make a brand new PP account, or pay as a guest directly with PP and a CC.

Sometimes the CC works, and sometimes it doesn't.

Anyone have a explanation for this?

Even if the card is live, sometimes it just decides to not work.. lol

You can buy dumps too. It doesnt matter only they costs more.
