Hi, I have an question about carding tickets of concerts, etc.
I am wondering if it is safe, can anybody share their experience?
Because you can't purchase tickets online after it's 2 days left to the concert, within the time an chargeback should occur.
So, how do you think this would work? Does the chargeback matter or no?
Because I hear the AMEX corporate can't chargeback, although the only site that sells tickets by CC here only takes VBV/MSC cards.
