Unlikely. First, Pecunix does not accept credit cards so you cannot card it directly.

As for Alertpay, it can be carded but its unlikely that you'll be able to use an exchanger. Alert Exchanger holds funds for 2-7 business days while Alertpay verifies that the funds were legit.

Also, Alertpay uses Verfiied by Visa.
