cardable voip (virtual landline number)

time ago there was a service (website) where u could get us virtual landline number .after u register ,u pay a small fee using cc (was cardable ) and u download a soft , and then u register with a phone number ,so u can start call worldwide or get worldwide phone calls.U could choose the state I think even the town.
I FORGOT THE SITE NAME , or I don't know if it still exis.So maybe someone who 's old in this biz can help me.Or maybe you can point me in the right direction (if there is still such a thing )
