If you want spy-eye you can only buy bins from sellers who offer setup services.. Or now you can find cracked versions (1.2.50)..
The author of spy-eye stopped to selling the builder with license.. To get more knowledge about it:

Cracked spyeye? Hehe. What can you do with just empty builder? What about plugins? Is it cracked? No. And last cracked builder is 1.2.60, and latest available to SE customers is 1.2.80, and private is 1.2.99

Buy bin, don't play with cracked public stuff [ waste of time ] or buy Ares botnet / adrenaline
