I was going through some threads on the forum and I noticed a pattern of people being told not to buy ccs from their country. Could someone educate me on why you shouldn't do this?
Buying cc's from your country is it an Issue?

You cannot buy CC from the country in which you live as your anonymity and security may suffer.
It is much easier for the police to identify a carder within their own country than to send international requests to establish an IP address.
Some carders take the risk and work with CC within their own country, but this is very dangerous. If you study the news, you come across such carders most often. Therefore, it is not recommended to do this.
