Usually, it takes from 2 to 5 days to produce a run of plastic cards. But what if you need the cards "right now"? There are several options for solving this problem. The first is to tell our managers when placing an order that you need the cards as soon as possible. We will try to find the best conditions for you. The second is to order RFID card templates without or with printing. They are made much faster, but are almost as good in quality.

Templates - almost ready-made plastic cards

Plastic card blanks
are perfectly clean snow-white cards with chips. Such blanks are made of PVC - polyvinyl chloride, which is suitable for offset printing. They consist of three layers: the inner one - an inlay with a chip and antenna, and two layers of plastic on the top and bottom. They do not need to be baked or cut out - they are ready. All that remains is to print the design on them and cover it with laminate for protection. All blanks have a glossy surface.

Blank cards are made in standard sizes: 86*54 mm and 0.76 mm thick. Our blanks are made of high-quality white plastic . They are suitable for making passes, loyalty cards, business cards, subscriptions, prepaid cards, electronic keys, etc. You can choose a template for any task and for any area.

We have several types of plastic RFID blank cards in stock. You can choose between thin or thick cards. Thick cards can also be made with a hole for fastening – they are great as badges. Cards can be made with or without numbering.

How to personalize blanks

If you need white RFID card blanks, you just need to order them and we will deliver them as soon as possible. But if necessary, we can additionally personalize them.

You can create a layout yourself or order it from our designers - just tell us all your wishes. If you want the cards to match the overall style of the entire company, we will develop a design for you according to your brand book: we will select the most suitable colors, apply the logo, etc. Cards are sent for printing only AFTER approval. That is, you first approve the layout, and only then we launch it into production.

We perform offset and sublimation printing on blanks. This way the image is clear, neat, and the color rendering is very precise. After the design is applied to them, the cards need to be laminated or varnished. Why do we need new layers? To protect the paint from abrasion and fading.

It is possible to do more than just print on RFID blank cards. They can also be personalized in various ways. For example, photos and information about the owner, a barcode or QR code, printed numbering. Our specialists can also encode chips. Such double personalization will allow you to connect several systems or gradually switch to contactless identification technologies.

What to do if you have already purchased smart card blanks, but now you need to personalize them? We also print on cards from other manufacturers. But there is an important condition: they must be perfectly smooth and clean, without dust, fingerprints and mechanical damage. That is why we recommend printing immediately. And to ensure that our templates remain perfectly clean and new, each card is packed in an individual bag. Such PET packaging will protect them during delivery and storage.

Always in stock

Since the blanks of plastic RFID cards are already equipped with a chip, their choice is limited. We have tried to present the largest range of templates for chip cards. We will select a reliable and convenient option for any of your tasks. We always have high-frequency (13, 56 MHz) and low-frequency (125 kHz) cards in stock:
  • Mifare Classic 1k,
  • EM-Marine (thin and thick),
  • Temic T5577 Clamshell (thick only),
  • Mifare DESFire EV1 2k,
  • Mifare Plus 4k,
  • Mifare Ultralight EV1/C,
  • Mifare Plus S 2k,
  • ICODE
  • Dual card Mifare Classic 1k + EM-Marine.
These are the most popular models of contactless smart cards. Tell our managers what tasks your future identifier should solve, and they will suggest which options are more suitable.
