Black- and Whitelist of Banks (Online Transaction possible or not...)

Hello Carders

I saw that many people are selling bank logins here.
But many logins are useless because of the verification system...
So i guess often someone buys a login and get no money out of it because of sms or tan verification system.

So i thought we could make blacklist of banks where online transaction
is not possible and whitelist whit banks where transaction is possible...

Maybe we could PayPaly this thread if we collect matching informations.
I will edit this thread and do a nice list for our overview.


Who know some good banks where its possible to do transaction online without sms or tan verification ?
And Who had bad experience with banks that need verfification ?

Now we need particular infos about details like which amount would be transfered and inland and swift/iban transfer possible or just inland...

Yes that is FPS. Not all banks in UK have it, just major ones
