i think there is no such thing. depends on the owner of the card if he applied for Verified By Visa or Matercard SecureCode..

There is such a thing. You can be lucky to get cvv infos that have not had the VBV or MCS activated yet and if using it on a site that required it, it allows you to set it up with just the name on card and CVV2 code on the rear of card. Once you set up the password of your choice then it gives you pretty much full access to all the fund on the card.

Also of course remember that the VBV/MCS is dependent on the site you are trying to card, not all require it so it may not matter if the owner of the car has activated it yet
