Outside USA... Europe Asia Emirates Finland where lol . Now seriously i saw other topic of you whit all that questions... it's good you ask everybody need to know but you ask everything about everything.

My advice: You go in the country/state you want to card you buy a MIX of dumps you want to use there and after 1-2-3 days of work you will see what work good and what don't work. Nowbody will say you these things like that... bins are part of every carder ''succes'' sharing to everybody odds are that will be closed faster.

Whit money you make money. Invest a little + some inspiration and bit of luck you should be OK. Remember a gold rule: Never wait for help it's very probable you will never get it. This is learned myself. So good luck to you
