Best bank bot available now

I want to get into botnet but wondering which bank bot to choose from (zeus v2/spyeye 1348/citadel/carberp/ice9 ...)

Interested in knowing
* stability
* detection rate

Here are my questions -

#1 -As far as I read and understood, zeus and spyeye have trackers but isn't a big problem if you block the known ip addresses of the trackers in .htaccess correct?

#2 -Another question I have in mind is, ice9, citadel or carberp doesn't have anti-rapport, isn't that a big issue?

#3 -Comparing detection rate I believe citadel is the best now? With its MiniAV plugin. But I also hear that Spyeye + Father crypter is doing magic.

#4 -Has anyone tried ice9 on onshore hosting? Does it work as author claims?

Also, which is the best website/company to register bulletproof domain and take VPS from? Which doesn't give hassle in changing ip and good uptime (97%+ )
