bro iam facing the same shit
i also have the same Barclay's cc (Uk) in fact around 25 to 50 ccs fulls and can exceed every month
the best way to maximize cash out

Make money with affiliates :
1- Get a website (no free host if possible)
2- Set up a epassporte account (epassporte.com) or get paid by wire,check.
3- If you set a epassporte account get electron card so you can cashout what you make at any ATMs no risks at all.
4- Sign on porn , webcams , dating , mainstream , casinos sponsors or anything. (Example : hxxp://www.wegcash.com affiliate)
5- Get your links from the affiliate account and wait at least 2 hours before sending traffic.
6- Make good pages on your website with banners for example and the promo material the sponsor offer. You can also use free hosted galleries when they have it sometimes.
7- Get a working hitbot or webclicker or like clicking agent and send the fake traffic to your links from the referrer page on your website.
8- Load a big list of valid proxies in your hitbot or webclicker and start.
9- Card your links with a ratio of at least 1:50 so the sponsor doesn't have too much doubt
10- Wait for your check , wire , epassporte money and cashout. Some pay weekly , bimonthly and monthly.
- You can make thousands if you know your thing well.
- There are thousands and thousands of sponsors out there paying up to $$ per signup or a % of the sale and depending on what you card.
- Check all sponsors before signing because some sponsors have banned countries.
- If the sponsor bans you all they do is close your account and nothing else will happen. Sometimes they can say things like "we will pursue you to the fullest extent of the law" if they close your account it's not true at all they won't.
- Most sponsors are based in the US.
ps: epassporte will place mostly all accounts on funds protection mode ,
or even block them
