Possible reasons for requesting a refund​

The range of reasons why money can be returned to the client's account is of many types, including:
  • The buyer's desire to return the product, for example, due to its unsuitability (expired shelf life)
  • A refund to a bank card is possible in the event of an erroneous transfer, when the money is withdrawn from the account, but the seller did not reach the seller (often when shopping on the Internet)
  • It may happen that the amount for the purchase was debited from the card twice, which can also serve as a reason why finances can be returned to the card
  • Also, a common reason can be considered a banal refusal of the client from the product by his own conviction.

The procedure for submitting an application to bank​

You can return the money by transferring funds to a credit card. Only after the client submits an application with a request to return the money to the account, they will be returned, but only after a detailed examination of the application by the bank's specialists.

This process cannot be called difficult, because all you need is to visit the nearest bank branch, contact a specialist in working with individuals and draw up a statement with him, in which you will need to indicate the following information:
  • Full Name
  • reason (rejection of the goods, erroneous operation)
  • amount (as in the check)
  • contact details (email address, mobile phone number, residential address)
  • requisites
Also, it should be noted that you can apply for a refund without leaving your home, using your mobile phone, by calling the hotline, but only if the transaction was made personally by the client of the bank through the terminal or system "24".

Terms of refund of money to the card account​

The exact period after which the money will be returned to the card is difficult to name, but it does not exceed 30 calendar days.

If the application is received from the client on the day of the purchase, via the telephone hotline of bank, then the solution of the issue may take no more than 3 days.

Sometimes the transfer of money back can be delayed for reasons:
  • failures or malfunctions in the Internet banking system
  • delayed response or refund from the store where the item was purchased
  • a large amount of work, bank employees may not have time to process the application in a timely manner
