Obtaining and analyzing statements on bank cards is a necessity for any cardholder if he is in control of the funds spent. Statement gives information about card transactions for a certain period and is of two types: mini-statement and extended statement.
A mini-statement contains information about the last 10 transactions and allows you to quickly view data on recent transactions using an ATM or phone. It indicates the date, time of the transaction and the amount of the transaction. Extended already makes it possible to see more complete information, for example, full payment details (recipient or sender).
At an ATM or terminal
A mini statement on a bank card is provided at your request at an ATM or terminal in the menu "Balance inquiry" - "Mini statement" and will be printed on the check. Its cost is somy penny or free. by any (credit or debit) card.
In a mobile phone
You can also get such a statement by sending a specific command request in an SMS message to the operator number.
Clarification: The card must be linked to the mobile number by connecting to the Mobile Bank SMS-banking service of Sberbank (usually connected when receiving the card, but this can be done at any time).

1234 - the last 4 digits of the sender's card number;
In the text of the letter, you must indicate one of the words HISTORY, EXTRACT, the Latin spelling of these words (HISTORY) or code 02, then the last four digits of the card. In the reply message you will receive a list of the last 10 completed transactions and the current balance of funds.

The provision of the service is free if you have a Mobile Bank (MB) connected at the “Full Package” tariff (from 30 to 60 for debit cards, depending on the category and free for all bank credit cards). If your MB is connected at the “Economy Package” tariff, then each request will cost 15 rubles. If there is a lack of funds on the card account, the statement request service will not be provided.

If you have the Mobile Bank application for smartphones or tablets installed, you can view a mini-statement of the last 10 transactions. It is enough to enter the application, select the required card and go to the "Statement" section
If the cardholder uses the Bank Online Internet bank, he can view the history of transactions on the card account in the form of a mini-statement (the same 10 payment / replenishment actions) or in the form of a full bank statement (currently not working). You can order a bank card account statement to your email address. After clicking the "Order a report by e-mail" button, specify the address for sending and the time period and click "Order a report".

If you need an official statement for a period that cannot be selected in the Bank Online system, then for this you need to contact the operator at the branch with your passport and card.
To receive an extended statement, bank invites the holder to write a search application and confirmation of a specific operation. After processing it (it will take some time), the bank will provide a payment order with all the details.
For regular receipt of information by e-mail, you can order the service at any branch of the bank. A report on all completed transactions will be sent to your address on a monthly basis.
