I know in some countries, many banks allow inquiry of balance etc, by phone, of credit card with only 16 digit number. Anyone care to share some examples, is more than welcome, and I will share my own example in return.

Philippines most banks you can do this, only citibank and hsbc need dob or cell number.
BDO needs cvv as well as 16 digit number. You just have to look up bank phone number by bin. Anyone know if this can be done with china 101? If so would be perfect for sniping the max on them possible.

USA also is possible just depends on the BIN. Some bin you only need the card 16 digit and zipcode. Clarify the country you need then one can call. FIA bin is one of the best in USA.
