ATR not changing

Hey folks. Been trying to cash out for the past week. I think the issue is that the ATR is not being changed. The software that I am using says it is changing it but it doesn’t. See attached and notice that the default starts with 3B6F. Trying to change it to chase 3BFF1. How can I get a legit ATR tool or how can I change the ATR.

Use jcop English reset everything and try again if you get an error saying make sure it’s j2a040 your card is the problem
