Apply hologram overlay sheet on ID or DL

You might want to question the source of your overlays.... The overlays I have are very very PayPaly and once they are on a pvc card its very hard to try and remove them. You could try and use a 3M spray on the face of the ID before you apply the overlay, this effect should help with the overlay PayPaling onto the pvc more efficiently.
