i havent attempted to set up an apple pay in some years. i was fortunate to start apple pay very early, when you could call the bank to verify the card on the device. now it seems that you need to verify via sms on registered number.
Can you still add cards to apple pay without sms verification? does it all depend on the bin?
I have loads of high balance bins and also non vbv bins. I want to try a new bin but was after any advice. I am operation in EU
