Apple is holding my product, what now?

Last night I carded apple, it worked. But this morning I've got an email saying they are holding my product and I need to call them.

I completely forgot to get a VoIP ready for this issue, can anyone quickly explain how I can stay anonymous using it. I take it I need to buy a sim and get a new number and link it to a skype account or something

The package gets returned and my order gets cancelled in 6 days so any help would be highly appreciated.

Can I buy a substitute number online or shall I just go get a sim and buy an actual number that I can keep using
