Super-socks appears to have many socks, but most are offline. Really hate that site. 75% of the Australia socks are offline all the time, not sure about other countries.

Many of the socks anyproxy/5socks are blacklisted for spam or virus, always just the same old socks there everyday. But there are always many online, so the might be useful depending on your purpose.
