I use to just go to the movie theaters and use the dumps at the ticket machine and swipe it myself. Check it yourself for $8 and watch a nice movie and know your dump works

or go to a gas station, if you get to "remove Nozzle" , hit cancel transaction, worked for me everytime without flaggign a dump....
