ACH TRANSFER ????s

I want to know if anyone can tell me the limit to ACH transfers. I know that transfer are usually 3-5k. I want to know if there are some banks that can accept 25k or more. Does it have to do with banks or its just normal for ACH rules not to exceed 5k per transfer
