Ach transaction

Hello , got some problem when doing a ach from capital one to Boa drop . I send small balance aroung 500 usd and after 6 hour the money appear to be in the account but transaction still in processing ( so cannot touch the money ) , after few hour , nothing in the boa account , the money returned back , and Boa send a letter to me that my account is overdraft lol , they remove 35$ inside my account to resend the money . how this can happen ? they money leave the Capital One login since and how he can returned back without i resend it ? now the capital one login is locked

They found out that the money is fraud and took it back.
and if account is over draft they charge a 35$ fee.
Even if over draft 0.01$

trasfers are complete ONLY if the funds are removed from account right away .
if account no billed , transfer will not pass trough .
