about paypal extras mastercard

I successfully passed a paypal extras mastercard application,Have seen the results。
your credit limit:2000usd
temporary limit:250usd



But I can not use paypal checkout, show no enough amount.why?


temporary limit can't use?
paypal will send a physical card to billaddress?
